Great to meet you!

My journey working as a therapist began while studying Social Work in Los Angeles. I began working as an individual and family psychotherapist supporting clients of all ages. Over the last 7+ years, I have worked with adults seeking individual and family therapy to address symptoms associated with the common diagnoses; Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Post-Traumatic Stress and Trauma.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about supporting clients in developing the skills to manage personal challenges in their lives. I facilitate a client-centered approach, which empowers the client to explore their authentic self and determine how they can improve their wellbeing and lives. I enjoy introducing client's to mindfulness, self-care practices and creative outlets that may support fostering the growth they hope to achieve.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will explore your current needs and identify what you hope to gain through therapy. We will address any diagnostic concerns such as history of mental health diagnoses, evaluations or assessments.
