Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence‐based mental health care for individuals seeking clarity, stability, and meaningful change. My approach blends clinical expertise with a warm, collaborative style that empowers clients to take an active role in their healing.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma‐related conditions, mood disorders, and stress‐related challenges. I use a holistic, person‐centered framework that integrates psychotherapy, lifestyle support, and thoughtful medication management when appropriate. My goal is to create a safe, non‐judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, managing ongoing symptoms, or seeking tools to improve your emotional well‐being, I work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values. Together, we’ll build strategies that foster resilience, restore balance, and support long‐term mental wellness.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling better, I’m here to walk with you.

My approach to therapy

I provide care with a calm, collaborative, and person‐centered approach. I believe effective mental health treatment begins with truly listening, understanding your experiences, your strengths, and the challenges that brought you here. From there, we work together to create a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your goals.

My style blends evidence‐based practices with a warm, non‐judgmental presence. I focus on helping you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you. When medication is appropriate, I use it thoughtfully and conservatively, always explaining options clearly and ensuring you feel informed and empowered in every decision.

I view mental health care as a partnership. You bring your lived experience; I bring clinical expertise. Together, we create a safe space where healing, growth, and stability are possible.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is all about getting to know you and understanding what brings you in. We’ll move at a comfortable pace, starting with a conversation about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to gain from treatment. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out my role is to guide the discussion and help you feel grounded and supported.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your symptoms, strengths, and daily experiences. We’ll also talk about what approaches have or haven’t worked for you in the past. If medication might be helpful, I’ll explain options clearly so you can make informed decisions without feeling rushed.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of your treatment plan, next steps, and how we’ll work together moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
