Great to meet you!

I graduated from Naropa University in Boulder CO with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on transpersonal psychology. I focus on helping people recover from trauma, anxiety, low-self esteem, and guiding people to find ways to improve their lives using a whole person approach. I work with clients 18 years and older. I do not work with people with severe mental health diagnoses (ex. schizophrenia, high suicidal/homicidal ideation, eating disorders, etc.)

My approach to therapy

Using person-centered techniques combined with Somatic, Positive Psychology, and Transpersonal theories, I assist clients in healing and growing into their authentic and healthy selves. I specialize in mindfulness, transpersonal and positive psychology. I have additional training in EMDR, Mindfulness in Recovery, and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I am a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have an honest and compassionate conversation with me and take away tools and skills to help make their lives healthier and more positive. I share the knowledge I have so that my clients can understand human behavior and why they have certain beliefs or habits. This also helps most people understand that they are not bad people, instead they likely were not given the tools needed to create a life of resilience and health.
