Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should feel personal, collaborative, and grounded in who you are—not just a diagnosis. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, trauma, sleep difficulties, and stress. I also support clients navigating substance use, panic, chronic health conditions, and relationship or family concerns. My style is energetic, empowering, and approachable, with room for honesty and even a little humor when it helps.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized and collaborative. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, relationships, lifestyle, and goals before developing a treatment plan. Depending on your needs, care may include medication management, therapy, or a combination of both. I draw from approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused CBT, behavioral strategies, and biofeedback. My goal is to make treatment practical, understandable, and aligned with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what brought you to care. We’ll discuss your current concerns, mental health and medical history, medications, daily life, and goals for treatment. I’ll also make space for your questions and perspective so we can determine what type of support makes the most sense. By the end, we’ll have a clearer picture of your needs and begin building a treatment plan together.
