Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner providing care for children and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and more. I focus on compassionate, individualized treatment—meeting you where you are and supporting your goals.

I offer both in-person and telehealth visits, and I prescribe a full range of psychiatric medications, including controlled substances when appropriate. My approach is collaborative: I listen first, treat with care, and support you as a whole person.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person's unique experience. I believe in meeting people where they are—emotionally, mentally, and in life—without judgment. I take the time to truly listen, to understand your story, and to consider the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I view mental health treatment as a partnership. While medication can play a valuable role, I see it as one part of a broader journey toward wellness—not a quick fix. I work closely with you to tailor treatment to your specific needs, incorporating both medication and non-medication strategies when appropriate.

You won’t be rushed, labeled, or reduced to symptoms. Instead, you’ll be supported as a full, complex human being—with care that’s thoughtful, evidence-based, and centered on what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and involved in their care. I provide a supportive space to explore what’s going on, discuss treatment options, and make decisions together. You’ll leave sessions with greater clarity, a plan tailored to your needs, and the sense that you’re not alone in the process.
