Great to meet you!

I am a Certified Anxiety Informed Professional and trained in Exposure & Response Prevention & Acceptance Commitment therapies for Treatment of GAD, Panic Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety, & Phobias. I also enjoy utilizing creative narrative therapy interventions such as art and Dragsona interventions.

My approach to therapy

I have a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment planning which includes building a relational therapeutic dynamic, skill building and insight. My approach includes a mutual commitment to process, working phase and goals. Challenging times are likely but we can endure and get to the other side of progress and healing. Lastly, perfection is not desired just a commitment to the journey.

What you can expect from me

In initial sessions, we take time getting to know your story, strengths, challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we'll explore how past experiences may impact your present stress and keeping you from a life you want. Healing happens with supportive, honest relationships, & creating a space where you can feel connected to yourself and others amidst global stress, uncertainty.
