Great to meet you!

You’ve worked hard to build a life, but sometimes the weight of old wounds—family stress, betrayal, or toxic relationships—still lingers. I understand how exhausting it can be to keep it all together, especially when the world sees your strength but doesn’t always see your struggles. As a therapist with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in supporting African American and Latina women who are balancing professional demands, parenting, and relationships while carrying private battles with anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. My background is rooted in culturally attuned, trauma-informed care, and I am passionate about helping women process trauma, rebuild self-worth, and strengthen boundaries. My education and clinical experience have taught me that healing is possible for everyone, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.

Thank you for considering Empowered Resilience & Healing Solutions, LLC. ~ I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, deeply supportive and action oriented. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Seeking Safety to provide both structure and compassion. Therapy with me is a safe, judgment-free space where you can be fully seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to build resilience, process pain, and empower you to make choices that reflect your true self. I believe in honoring your whole story and creating a space where growth feels possible and healing is supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave our sessions feeling more grounded, confident, and empowered. My goal is for you to gain practical tools and compassionate guidance to help you break free from old cycles, rebuild your confidence, and create space for healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life. Imagine moving forward with clarity and peace, no longer weighed down by shame, fear, or betrayal. Relief is within reach, and you deserve relationships that feel safe and a life that reflects your strength and worth. I invite you to take the next step—let’s begin your journey toward healing and freedom together.
