Great to meet you!

You don't have to carry it all alone.

Now accepting new patients ages 7 and older for immediate virtual and limited in-person visits.

With more than 16 years of experience caring for individuals and families across the lifespan, I provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for trauma, autism, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.

My approach goes beyond treating symptoms—I take the time to understand you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether that includes medication management, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches, my priority is helping you find lasting relief and improve your overall well-being.

Healing starts with feeling heard. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with a holistic view of my patients. You are more than your mental health symptoms, and your well-being is important to me. Together, we can create a plan that will fit your personal needs, and I will be here to guide you through your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

My goal in the first visit is to build a mutual relationship of respect and answer all of your questions. Together, we will focus on where you're at today and uncover some of what led you there. We take things at the pace that fits your needs.
