Great to meet you!

Mental Health Therapist | Specializing in BIPOC Young Adults & Faith-Based Counseling

I am a dedicated mental health therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children to adults—through life’s challenges. My work focuses on helping clients navigate stress management, family conflict, relationship issues, career concerns, and anxiety.

I specialize in working with BIPOC young adults, and Women integrating culturally responsive care with biblical principles to foster healing and personal growth. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and faith-informed counseling, creating a space where clients can explore their struggles while aligning with their values.

Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings, including education, mental health treatment, and child protective services. This broad experience allows me to provide well-rounded, tailored support to each individual. My goal is to empower my clients with the tools they need to thrive mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is warm, open-minded, and direct—I believe that in order to overcome an issue, you must be willing to face it head-on. Through a combination of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients identify patterns, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools, and a deeper sense of empowerment to navigate their challenges.
