Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Myeida — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a heart for helping children and families navigate anxiety, ADHD, and emotional regulation challenges. I specialize in working with neurodivergent and emotionally sensitive kids, using playful, strength-based approaches that build trust and real-life coping skills. I also support parents through coaching and practical tools rooted in co-regulation and connection. Whether I’m working with a child or their caregiver, my goal is always to create a space where healing feels possible and progress feels personal.

My approach to therapy

I believe that trust, playfulness, and co-regulation form the foundation for meaningful therapeutic work. My sessions are rooted in relationship — whether I’m supporting a child through creative play and emotional skill-building, or coaching a parent on how to create more calm and cooperation at home. I draw from evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral strategies, the Mad2Glad Blueprint, and the principles of polyvagal theory to support nervous system regulation and emotional growth. Therapy with me is always personalized, strengths-focused, and infused with compassion.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, supported, and hopeful. Children gain tools to better understand and manage their emotions, while parents feel more equipped with practical strategies to create calm, connected routines at home. My goal is to help families move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered — with skills they can carry forward long after therapy ends.
