Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are used to handling life's responsibilities but sometimes find themselves overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from what they need.

My style is warm, direct, curious, and collaborative, with room for humor and honest conversation. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My experience also includes working with veterans, healthcare professionals, and people in high responsibility roles.

I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and free to be yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. I draw from evidenced-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

I'm interested in helping you understand not just what's happening in your life, but the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be influencing how you feel and respond. Together, we'll explore new perspectives, build practical skills, and identify changes that align with your values and the life you want to create.

I believe meaningful change comes from a combination of self-understanding, compassion, and action.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get acquainted and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together.

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We'll take time to explore what's been happening, what feels important to you, and what you'd like to see change.

I'll also explain how I work, answer your questions, and discuss what our next steps might look like. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of being heard, a little more clarity, and an idea of how we can move forward together.
