Great to meet you!

After spending ten years working in twelve countries, I came to the USA to study for my Master's degree in Counseling. I graduated in 2006. Since then I have worked in several settings, allowing me to gather a wealth of experience.

I pursued several trainings in EMDR, Brainspotting, Progressive Counting, the Flash method, grief counseling, and DBT to help you more effectively.

In 2020, I decided to open my practice, specializing in trauma, grief, BPD, and much more.

My approach to therapy

I aim to provide a safe, warm, and growth-oriented environment.

Therapy is for you and therefore I use the tools I have to tailor an approach that meets your needs.

My wish is that you can feel safe enough to face the pain and struggles that might scare you and/or affect your life negatively.

My role is to walk beside you to the finish line of your goals, and celebrate every victory along the way!

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions, I want to get to know you a little and discuss goals and appropriate therapeutic approaches.

The majority of our time will then be about implementing our plan, evaluating progress as we go, and addressing obstacles as they arise.

My wish is that you get a sense of hope when we first meet and that you discover your strength and resilience. I believe that healing is key to change, and when we remove obstacles, growth is inevitable.

I am looking forward to meeting with you.
