I feel most diagnoses can be traced to traumatic nexus. How our mind and body respond to these nexus events is what makes us, well, us... Trauma responses don't have to be a negative nor does your diagnosis. Here we learn to fix what needs fixing and accepting that which does not.
My therapy is as unusual as I am. I enjoy being in the moment with the client allowing therapy and our energy guide us into healing. I use techniques from a broad spectrum of modalities- no one modal fits every client. Therapy should be diverse and flexible to respond to the client and the world around us.
