Great to meet you!

I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a focus on integrative and mind body medicine. I love creating a holistic plan of caring using the best of both conventional medicine and evidence-based complementary therapies. Together, we work to find a healing-focused treatment plan that lets you say "Yes, this feels right to me."

My approach to therapy

I look at the big picture, connecting the dots between the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects of your health. I don't take a cookie-cutter approach. Together we look at unique root causes of mental health concerns and work to create a thoughtful, careful, personalized pathway of care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is 60-90 minutes long. We take time to get to know one another, review your health history, discuss your health and healing goals, and develop our initial plan of care. We will always work collaboratively to ensure that your questions are answered and that you feel optimistic and comfortable with our treatment decisions.
