Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me carrying more than they let on — a child struggling to focus and feeling misunderstood, a parent exhausted from trying to hold everything together, or an adult quietly navigating loss while the world expects them to move on. Whether you're 6 or 76, if life feels heavier than it should, you deserve a space to set it down. For over 15 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside children, adults, and seniors through anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and the moments that feel impossible to make sense of alone

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to who you are. Drawing from a range of evidence-based methods — including Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and family-centered approaches like PCIT and Family Focused Therapy — I meet each person and each family exactly where they are. Sessions feel like honest conversation: I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer new ways of seeing your situation, and help you build the tools to move through what's been keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

If you've been wondering whether therapy is really "for you," I want you to know that reaching out doesn't have to mean things have fallen apart — it can simply mean you're ready for something to shift. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds and would love to connect. You can book a session directly through my Headway profile. I look forward to hearing from you.
