My approach to therapy

I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. What you can expect from me

As a compassionate and dedicated therapist, I believe in the power of healing through connection and understanding. I believe in meeting clients where they are, providing them time and space to be themselves and not feel interrogated or investigated. I provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Together, we can uncover the strengths within and create a path toward a more fulfilling life.
