Great to meet you!

I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle responsibilities while quietly battling anxiety, depression, or the lingering stress that never seems to shut off. As a flexible and accessible therapist, I meet you where you are—emotionally, logistically, and culturally. I’m approachable and personable, and I want therapy to feel like a real conversation, not an interrogation or a lecture. We’ll work collaboratively and consultatively, focusing on what matters most to you so that our time together feels purposeful and tailored to your life.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches that help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—and then actually do something different with that insight. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Gestalt Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we’ll explore how anxiety, women’s issues, ADD/ADHD, depression, and stress show up in your daily life, then build practical tools and new ways of relating to yourself and others so you can move toward a more meaningful, values-driven life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to help you feel at ease and truly heard. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in now, your history with anxiety, mood, attention, or stress, and what you’re hoping will feel different in the near future. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, share initial reflections, and together we’ll outline a plan that feels realistic and collaborative—no pressure to “have it all figured out.” You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, a few concrete next steps, and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
