Great to meet you!

If you’ve been carrying too much for too long, therapy can be a place to finally exhale. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas and Oklahoma, and I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to offer a compassionate, supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal, grow, and make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from many modalities to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body-based responses. I work with people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions, helping them identify negative patterns, strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we’ll focus on building rapport and creating a foundation of safety and trust. We’ll review important details like confidentiality, boundaries, and expectations for therapy, and we’ll talk about what brought you in and what you hope to gain from our work together. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or healing from narcissistic abuse, my goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more clear about the next steps in your healing journey.
