Great to meet you!

I show up as a real person in the room — approachable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your growth. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, so I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, ask questions, and explore whatever’s on your mind without fear of judgment. My work is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and evidence-based practices, but I also believe in the power of humor, creativity, and authenticity in healing. I honor each person’s unique story, and I’m here to walk alongside you — not ahead of you — as you navigate life’s challenges.

Graduated from Central Michigan University as MA in Professional Counselor. My experiences go from Infant Mental Health to working with families with foster children and working with people with disabilities and mental illness. I am now choosing to work with adults, elderly and caregivers. My preferred therapies are Humanistic, Rogerian, and CBT.

My approach to therapy

I am empathetic, understanding and solution focused. It takes courage to reach out for help! Life can be a struggle from unexpected changes and stressors. By reaching out, we can work together to find ways to cope and build self-esteem.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we’ll work to untangle what's feeling overwhelming and identify patterns, beliefs, or behaviors that may be holding you back. My approach is collaborative and compassionate — I’m here to guide you, not to “fix” you. Over time, many clients leave sessions with a deeper sense of self-awareness, practical tools for coping and communication, and the confidence to move through life with greater clarity and resilience.
