Great to meet you!

Hello,

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel hard, so I’m really glad you’re here. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating ADHD, Late Diagnosis Autism, Masking, OCD, Depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m also very passionate about supporting neurodivergent and culturally diverse clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, neurodivergent friendly, trauma informed, and culturally responsive. I work alongside clients to create a safe space where they feel seen, heard, and supported. I integrate evidence based practices and approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve communication, and navigate challenges. I have a strong focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as clients exploring cultural identity, adoption, relationships, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where they can share what’s bringing them to therapy at their own pace. We’ll talk through your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, and together we’ll begin identifying areas of focus and next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
