My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where children and families feel understood, empowered, and able to make meaningful changes.
During the first session, we will focus on getting to know one another and creating a comfortable, welcoming space. We will discuss your concerns, strengths, goals for therapy, and any important family or developmental history. For children, I also take time to understand their needs and interests while helping them feel comfortable with the therapeutic process. Together, we will begin developing a treatment plan that supports your child and family’s goals.
