Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical social worker who believes therapy should feel both grounding and empowering. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and safe enough to be honest. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and the emotional impact of medical or life changes.

My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. I partner with you to make sense of patterns, learn skills that actually work in daily life, and move toward meaningful change. In our work together, I consider the full context of your life, including relationships, environment, culture, and experiences that have shaped you. Therapy with me is a partnership built on curiosity, compassion, and forward movement. We’ll talk, we’ll reflect, and we’ll make room for whatever shows up along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, steady, and personalized. I blend supportive conversation with practical tools that can help you cope with strong emotions and uncertainty, while also making space for grief, fear, questions, and whatever you may be carrying. We move at your pace, focusing on care, understanding, and relief.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will probably feel more like a thoughtful conversation with purpose than a formal interview. I’ll ask questions, but I’m also paying attention to patterns, stress points, relationship dynamics, coping styles, and the bigger context of your life.

You can expect honesty, curiosity, humor when it fits, and a space where you do not have to perform wellness or have everything figured out. There is room to vent and unpack things, but I will also help you make connections, notice patterns, and begin thinking about what healing or change could realistically look like for you.

Many clients leave the first session feeling more understood, more grounded, or simply relieved to finally say things out loud without feeling judged or dismissed.
