Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a licensed clinical social worker with several years of therapy experience. I treat clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

From the first consultation call, I want clients to know that I work from a place of non-judgment and compassion. I use a mindfulness-based and culturally-sensitive approach to help clients explore their experiences and work together to shift unhelpful thought-behavior patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect my warmth and compassion come through in each session but I also ask lots of questions so I can have a really deep understanding of what they are experiencing. My goal is to provide the best treatment that is tailored to their needs through a collaborative approach.

Nancy's style is
