Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Southern California University. With a trauma-informed approach, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults through school-based settings, child welfare, and community mental health services for more than 10 years.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma, I’m here to offer a compassionate, culturally responsive space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. You're not alone—and healing is possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a range of techniques—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, trauma-focused practices, and mindfulness—to support your healing and growth. Together, we’ll work at your pace to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I value building genuine connections and work to create an environment where your concerns, symptoms, and life changes can be openly explored and processed. Together, we’ll move at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.
