Great to meet you!
I’ve spent most of my adult life in social work and the helping professions. I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, and I deeply value the trust that comes with being invited into someone’s story.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and have additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These approaches allow me to tailor therapy to meet each person’s unique needs.
As a cancer survivor, I bring lived experience that informs my work with clients facing health challenges, transitions, trauma, and grief. My Christian faith also shapes my practice, and I aim to offer a space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in hope.
My goal is for clients to feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward—whatever that may look like for them.
