Great to meet you!

Welcome to my page! I'm a licensed clinical social worker and have over ten years experience working with individuals of all ages navigating life's big moments, toxic stress, and building healthy relationships. I'm a firm believer in the power of individual and collective healing in bringing about systemic change and see therapy as a radical step toward a more just society. Healing is a rebellious act toward a better world; thank you for being part of the movement.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and depends on your needs, values, and goals. My clients are brave and seek a warm, compassionate yet direct, space to process and challenge their experiences and beliefs without taking things too seriously. Together, we'll build on your strengths, dismantle unhelpful patterns, and practice skills to ease daily tensions and navigate relationships. Past clients have referred to me as having "camp counselor energy," which I take as a compliment. I strive to create a comfortable space where authenticity - yours and mine - is central. I'll always come to session with warmth, curiosity, boldness, and a little silliness.

What you can expect from me

My primary focus in our first session is getting to know each other to see if we're a good match and learning about you, your values, and your goals. If there's time, I'll share more about my therapeutic approach and give you a chance to ask any questions about myself or the therapeutic process.
