Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a background in outpatient therapy and experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and free to be yourself without judgment. I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while incorporating trauma-informed care and tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges—at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where we begin getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to work toward. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant background, and goals while beginning to identify patterns or challenges that may be affecting you.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and goals, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
