As a licensed mental health counselor and a current doctoral student for marriage and family therapy I understand that life has its challenges. I’m here to help clients navigate as smoothly as possible.

I do not see myself as the expert in YOU, I am merely here as a guide helping to find solutions to life’s problems and challenges.

Although therapy is a serious matter I do not take life too seriously. I understand that pockets of joy can be found in the midst of change and pain. I am here to be your biggest cheerleader and guide.
