For 15 years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—whether in the middle of a mental health crisis, dealing with substance use, or facing life’s daily challenges. I’ve done everything from providing assessments in emergency rooms to offering support through video and phone calls to people all over the world.

My clients describe me as straightforward, compassionate, and as someone who doesn’t sugarcoat things. If we’re working together, you can expect me to be real with you, but also deeply understanding.
