Natalia “Natasha” Brigham is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Virginia and Maryland. She has more than ten years of clinical experience providing care to adults in inpatient and outpatient settings and working with individuals with dual diagnosis.
Her special interests include anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep issues, and ADHD. She utilizes a variety of treatment approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral principles for insomnia.
