Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. With over 20 years of experience, my goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and make meaningful, lasting changes in your life. I know reaching out for support isn’t always easy, so I work hard to create a warm, comfortable, and judgment-free space right from the start. I keep things down-to-earth and collaborative—we’ll figure things out together in a way that makes you feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported.

My approach to therapy

I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate a wide range of life’s challenges. My focus is on supporting teens through adults as they face the twists and turns of life—helping them build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self along the way.

Whether you're in the midst of a major life transition or working through something that's been on your mind for a while, I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a chance for you to share what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure—just a relaxed conversation to help me understand what you need and what’s important to you. From there, we’ll figure things out together and come up with a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and ready to take steps toward feeling better.
