Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling isolated, unmotivated, or like nothing you do really matters — you’re not alone. I specialize in supporting folks who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder. I deeply believe that every person deserves to feel respected and seen first and foremost as a human being, not just as a diagnosis.

I’ve seen how hard it can be to feel like your life is on pause — like you’re watching from the sidelines. It hurts. I get how lonely that can make you feel, and I’m here to show you there is a path forward.

My approach to therapy

I work with ages 5 and up, and as a Psychiatric provider I am able to chat through whether or not medication is right for you if you are considering it for the first time, or considering it again after a long period of time. Some of my other services include offering refills on existing medication plans, or helping you to manage symptoms, side-effects, and/or change medications as needed. I also ensure all of my clients have supportive therapy alongside any medication regimen when appropriate. I believe that "you know you best" — I’ll encourage you to share your goals, fears, and your vision for what better looks like.

I also believe in keeping things clear and communicative. If there’s ever an update — with appointments, treatment recommendations, paperwork, or follow-up — you’ll hear from me, and I’ll explain what’s going on. I’m committed to being timely, but more than that, transparent.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what’s been hardest, and what you’re hoping to change. I am passionate about seeing individuals heal and reclaim their power. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than watching someone move from feeling stuck, worthless, or consumed by fear — to feeling heard, capable, and hopeful again.
