Great to meet you!

Hi. I'm Natalie, and I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I'm very passionate about helping clients process past trauma of different types. I believe that the therapeutic relationship makes the biggest contribution to success in therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My main focuses of practice are complex trauma, sexual trauma, narcissistic abuse, and gender dysphoria. Therapy with me could involve building trust, corrective emotional experiences, somatic based therapy, parts work, EMDR, and sometimes even music and arts based interventions. I work with individuals ages 17 and up.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients come from my sessions feeling validated, in experience, and identity. Many of my clients feel as though they've had a break from emotional isolation. I also like to give my clients tools to cope with the coming week, and eventually, for life.
