Great to meet you!

Welcome! Are you looking for a deeper connection to yourself, others, and life itself? I would be honored to support you in realizing your innate ability to heal and grow through relationship. I love working with creatives who are seeking to develop a deeper wisdom and trust within themselves. Weather you have experienced trauma that continues to disrupt your life and relationships, grieving a loss, or you are seeking a deeper relationship with yourself and those closest to you, I am here to walk with you toward healing. I will collaborate with you and your strengths, and bring my own creativity and evidenced based practices to address your goals with care. I am a LGBTQIA+ identified therapist and provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care.

My approach to therapy

I have specialized experience with PTSD, C-PTSD, and gender affirming care. I blend mindfulness, somatic, expressive arts, gestalt, psychodrama, EMDR, Brainspotting, and nature-based techniques into individual sessions, based on where you are and what you need any given day.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe, compassionate, and warm environment and act as a guide for you to come home to yourself, your wisdom, and your trust in yourself.
