Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with children (8+), adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, post-partum depression and anxiety, and much more.

I attended Tennessee State University for my Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 10+ years and felt a pull to return to school for Psychiatry and Mental Health. I attended Liberty University and graduated with Honors as a double Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.

My approach to therapy

Whether you are in a crisis or just feel that life is getting tough, I am here to help you work through what you are experiencing and to help you feel more like yourself. I am very passionate about healing and helping my clients to find a sustainable support system. No single approach to healing will be fitting for every client, that is why I am eager to work with my clients to find what combination works best for them so they can begin to thrive and work toward the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

My clients take away a feeling of hope, empowerment and advocacy for their mental healthcare!
