Great to meet you!

Greetings, my name is Natalie Gidney-Cole. I am a licensed clinical social worker, a Duke certified integrative health coach and the owner of NRG-Coaching, PLLC. With over 25 years of experience working with individuals, children, adolescents and families, I understand the importance of effective intervention in supporting sustainable change and overall well-being. I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical base is integrative – drawing clinical techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family (Systems) Therapy, Trauma-informed Treatment and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

I believe that every client is a unique individual and therefore my approach is tailored to your specific needs!
