Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Natalie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (CADC I). I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, gender dysphoria, and queer relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while developing practical skills to help you move through life's challenges with greater confidence.

I am deeply passionate about this work because I believe healing happens through connection. I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals in their healing journeys, knowing that when one person heals, the impact often extends to families, communities, and future generations. It is an honor to walk alongside people as they create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based behavioral techniques with genuine compassion. I don't believe the goal is to eliminate anxiety entirely—instead, I help people build a different relationship with it, so it no longer controls their lives. Together, we'll develop tools that allow you to navigate difficult emotions while living in alignment with your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we'll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what has brought you to therapy, and identifying meaningful goals. Sometimes that means beginning to work toward solutions, and sometimes it means simply making room for the pain you've been carrying. Both are valuable parts of the healing process.
