Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to grow and heal, and I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you on that journey. I am passionate about this work and about supporting individuals who are ready to move through their trauma and rediscover joy. I am especially drawn to working with childhood trauma and inner child healing, gender and sexuality–related concerns, co-occurring disorders, depression, and stress-related conditions. I also have a special place in my heart for supporting those navigating postpartum challenges and infertility, as I understand the isolation and grief that can arise during these experiences.

My approach to therapy

As an LPC, I take a Person-Centered approach, offering support and guidance throughout your healing process. To help address unresolved trauma, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic exercises, and mindfulness practices. I also have training in ethical non-monogamy and addiction. I highly value authenticity, respect, celebration of individuality, and community. I am an LGBTQ+ ally, and everyone is welcome.

What you can expect from me

Our life experiences can create emotional blocks and negative beliefs that may no longer serve us. As your therapist, I will offer insight and tools to help you move toward thriving while deepening your connection to your own inner wisdom. My hope is that from our first session you feel safe and supported to start the healing journey.
