Great to meet you!

Throughout my practice, I’ve learned that every individual brings unique needs and aspirations to therapy. This insight is informed not only by my academic and clinical experience but also by my personal journey as a mother who navigated the challenges of schooling while raising a family. Additionally, my work in a prison setting—where I have successfully engaged with individuals impacted by significant trauma and serious mental illness—has deepened my appreciation for the resilience inherent in every person. My hope is to use the knowledge and skills I’ve acquired to help you discover your passion and purpose, guiding you through a process of self-discovery that honors your unique strengths. No matter what your goals may be, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way as you work towards meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a personalized approach to therapy—because there really isn’t a “one size fits all” solution when it comes to healing. My goal is to create an open and honest space in which we can collaboratively develop objectives that truly align with your unique needs and aspirations.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling not only heard and supported but also equipped with practical, personalized strategies to navigate the challenges they face. Together, we focus on enhancing self-awareness and building effective coping skills that help transform insights into actionable steps. Through our collaborative work, you'll gain clarity about your goals, learn techniques to manage stress and emotional turmoil, and develop a robust toolkit for lasting change. Ultimately, our work together is designed to empower you to approach life's obstacles with confidence and resilience, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and a renewed sense of hope.
