Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual and couples therapy to adults across Maryland. I hold dual master’s degrees, first in Social Work and second in Disaster Resilience from Tulane University.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, primarily person-centered and supportive, grounded in the belief that people are experts on their own lives and that meaningful change happens within a relationship built on trust, respect, and genuine care. I have experience working with adults navigating a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, addictive disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. I have specialized experience with couples counseling, navigating relational issues with an attachment-based framework.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy should feel collaborative rather than clinical. I bring patience and steady support to each session, helping my clients build the insight and skills they need to move toward the life they want.
