Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with extensive experience in relationships, families, and children.

My journey into becoming a therapist was sparked by a profound desire to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives during their most vulnerable moments. Witnessing the power of genuine human connection and the transformative potential of therapeutic support ignited my passion for this profession. The opportunity to provide a safe space for individuals to explore their emotions, heal from trauma, and discover their inner strengths resonated deeply with my values. What truly drives me as a therapist is the belief in the human capacity for resilience and growth. I'm dedicated to guiding individuals through their challenges and empowering them to rewrite their narratives. Witnessing clients' journeys of self-discovery, watching them overcome obstacles, and witnessing the moment when they realize their potential is incredibly rewarding.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches and techniques in therapy. I utilize a person-centered approach, suggesting practical tools to implement straight away and begin the process of healing. I often pull interventions/ techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I have an open communication style and encourage feedback and input so I can fully understand the issues at hand and determine the best approaches to take in moving forward and accomplishing clinical goals.
