My style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I'm not a therapist who will sit idly or tell you what to do. I believe clients should be empowered to make their own decisions about their lives. I work to provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, and together we will come up with goals, develop your skills, and build your capacity to fully love and accept yourself. I use an eclectic approach incorporating mindfulness, somatic methods, IFS informed EMDR and aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As a parent, I also love working with new mothers, parents and caregivers in the sandwich generation.
