Great to meet you!

I am a North Carolina native and graduated from Winthrop University with my Master's degree in 2015. I enjoy working with a range of clients who are motivated and ready to make changes in order to improve their quality of life. I will work with you to identify and achieve your goals. I place great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship so you feel comfortable during every session, no matter how uncomfortable to topic may be.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of evidence based practices to facilitate growth and healing. I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs. I welcome feedback! If something is just not working, let's find out what will!

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be very conversational and "information gathering". I will ask a lot of questions about your history, your symptoms (if any), and your goals. We will use this time to get to know each other and I will answer any questions you have as well. I promise to make it as painless as possible!
