Great to meet you!

I have a BA in Sociology/Social work from Elizabeth City State University. I've worked with all ages in the mental health field providing education, resources and advocation. In 2018, I completed my MA degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I became licensed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in 2019. In 2018, I became nationally certified as a Trauma Focused therapist. In total, I have over 13 years' experience providing mental health services.

My approach to therapy

I take a Holistic approach to therapy where clients Spirituality, Healthy Living and Emotional Regulation are assessed.

What you can expect from me

After the first session, you will feel motivated, empowered and confident that it's not too late to start again with a new beginning. I am here to help process with you those intrusive thoughts and feelings that have affected how you represent yourself to others in relationships, school and in the workplace. It is time to tell your story and start your journey towards healing, forgiveness and self-fulfillment.
