Great to meet you!

My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in helping clients build confidence, healthier relationships, and stronger emotional balance. As a BIPOC clinician, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow. My goal is to help you gain clarity, develop practical tools, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges and develop practical strategies for change. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental environment during their first session. We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, and exploring your goals for treatment. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and the areas where you would like support. Together, we will begin identifying priorities and creating a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your personal growth and healing.
