Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Natalie. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. You may be dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, or substance use concerns, and it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything on your own. Many of the clients I work with are navigating major life transitions, emotional pain, or patterns that no longer feel aligned with who they want to be. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, relationship issues, family conflict, and identity-related challenges. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can slow down, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and begin building the tools and clarity needed to move toward a more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and flexible to meet your unique needs. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psychoeducation, Strength-Based Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma. In our work together, we’ll explore the thoughts, behaviors, and experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, substance use, or relationship difficulties. At the same time, we’ll focus on practical strategies to strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and resilience. Whether you’re working through grief, addiction, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, family stress, or life transitions, therapy will be tailored to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, empowering, and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported while also encouraged to grow. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and grounded in trust, where you can be open about your experiences and goals. As we work together, many clients begin to feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and better equipped to navigate challenges. You can develop stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, improved communication, and a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you build resilience, feel less alone in what you’re facing, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
