Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with additional certification as a Social Worker in Healthcare and training through WPATH. My primary goal is to support and empower clients to make meaningful, positive changes—by meeting them where they are with empathy, compassion, and encouragement. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach to every session.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, calm, and grounded. I incorporate humor when appropriate and invite open feedback to ensure our work remains aligned with your goals. I draw from a variety of approaches—such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—tailoring our sessions to fit your needs. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is essential, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, safe, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. I offer a warm, inclusive space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, curious, anxious, overwhelmed, neurospicy or just unsure. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, relationship challenges or big life shifts, I’m here to support you with compassion and zero judgment. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and whatever “better” looks like for you.
