Great to meet you!

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, parenting a teenager, exploring adoption, or simply facing everyday challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. With 15 years of social work experience, I’m here to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move toward the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you’ll learn practical, everyday tools that support your healing and help you tap into your own strengths. My approach is grounded in somatic, strength-based principles that recognize your natural capacity for growth and positive change. I’m here to help you break through the barriers that have been holding you back so you can move toward your full potential.

What you can expect from me

You deserve a space where you feel heard, valued, and genuinely supported. In our work together, you can expect a warm, grounded environment that honors the connection between your mind and body. I listen deeply, bring in humor when it’s helpful, and create a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to take an active role in your healing. In your first session, you can expect a conversation that moves at your pace. We’ll explore what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to you right now. You’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together. My goal is for you to leave that first meeting feeling supported, less alone, and hopeful about the path ahead.
