In my work, I use a combination of evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. We will go hand in hand in trying to uncover the root causes of your anxiety and depressive symptoms, and will create a unique treatment plan to help manage your stressors better.
