Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Natasha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes healing happens when we look at the whole person not just symptoms. Our mental health is shaped by our relationships, life experiences, physical well being, identity, values, and the systems we navigate every day.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, religious trauma, and neurodivergence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, increase self understanding, and create meaningful change that aligns with your goals and values.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not about “fixing” you. My role is to help you better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and develop tools that support the life you want to live.

I take a holistic, trauma informed, and attachment based approach to therapy. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I explore the bigger picture including relationships, life experiences, nervous system responses, personal values, and environmental factors that may be impacting your well being.

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, challenged when appropriate, and genuinely understood. I believe healing happens through both insight and action, and we’ll work together to find an approach that fits your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process. There is no pressure to tell your entire life story in one session, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what working together might look like. We’ll begin building a roadmap for therapy at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Therapy can involve difficult conversations and meaningful growth, but that doesn’t mean every session has to feel heavy. I believe humor, authenticity, and genuine human connection can be important parts of the healing process, and laughter is always welcome here.
