Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Natasha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes healing happens when we look at the whole person, not just symptoms. Our mental health is shaped by relationships, life experiences, physical well being, identity, values, and the systems we move through. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, religious trauma, and neurodivergence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, holistic, trauma informed, and attachment based. Therapy is not about fixing you, but about helping you understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and develop tools that support the life you want. Together, we explore the bigger picture including relationships, nervous system responses, values, and environment so healing feels both insightful and practical.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other at a pace that feels safe. We talk about what brings you to therapy, your history, your goals, and any questions about the process, with no pressure to share more than you are ready for. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and clearer about our roadmap. I value authenticity, humor, and real human connection, and laughter is always welcome.
